Delightful 3 bedroom cottage, only 50 metres from Beadnell Beach. Located on a private lane that leads directly onto the beach via the sand dunes.

There is front porch which leads to the sitting/dining area. This has a wood burning stove, TV with SKY, dvd player, cd player.
The kitchen leads off the sitting room which is modern and complete with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, deep freeze, Stove cooker, microwave.
The bathroom has wc, sink, and bath with over shower.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom which has a king size bed, wardrobes, drawers and TV.
Bedroom 2 is a single bed with wardrobes and drawers.
Bedroom 3 has sink unit, double bed, and build in cupboards. This bedroom has a slanted ceiling.

The Granary has a enclosed front garden, and a large open back garden.

The house is fully double glazed with central heating.

Dogs are welcome, and the beach is dog friendly all year round.

Prices from £255 per week to £780 inclusive of bedding, towels and fuel.

Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
