This cosy retreat comprises spacious lounge/dining room with open fire, stunning recently refitted kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine as well as the usual kitchen facilities.
The bungalow also boasts enclosed gardens with barbeque and garden furniture to enjoy the sun and to the front there is one off road parking space and plenty of on road parking.
The accommodation has been awarded English Tourist Council grading of 3 stars.
Accommodation also comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are good-sized doubles and the third, which is a spacious twin bedroom, complemented by neutral décor and modern furniture and furnishings.
Bed linen is available for hire at £12 per bed.
There is a modern bathroom with electric shower and separate bath.
Towels are not included but again are available to hire at £3.50 per person.
If you have little ones a cot, high chair, Avant baby bottle steriliser and Mothercare baby walker with activity tray are available upon request.
Full central heating included in rent and open fire in the lounge. One bucket of coal is provided and thereafter available at 50p per bucket.
TV, video, digital set top box, DVD player and CD/Radio player together with a selection of videos to watch and books to read.
No smoking and no pets sorry
