Downstairs, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you may need during your stay. The spacious, open plan living room and dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the coastline. There are two comfortable sofas, armchair, TV/DVD with freeview and a selection of DVDs, games and books.

The dining area is ideal for entertaining and offers comfortable dining for eight. Two sets of french doors from both the living and dining area open out into the large, private lawned garden.

Upstairs the master bedroom is found to the front of the house and benefits from plenty of storage space and an en suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom with TV, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside there is plenty of space for children to play safely in the enclosed lawned garden. There is garden furniture for guests to use during their stay and plenty of space for alfresco dining.
The garage can be used for storage and further off road parking is available to the front of the property.
