Benthall Cottage is a spacious well equiped cottage with an enclosed garden and ample parking for 3 cars, which is only 50 metres away from Beadnell Beach. The village is a short walk away (1/4 mile), which has 2 pubs, a village shop and a church.

Accommodation comprises:
Downstairs: Utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and sink; Kitchen complete with dishwasher, 2nd fridge, coffee machine, microwave; Spacious sitting room with TV, DVD, CD. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 comfortably; Snug room with additional tv, dvd player, Ipod docking station and PS2; Downstairs toilet
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, ensuite with shower, sink & wc; 2nd bedroom with kingsize bed; 3rd bedroom with double bunk with single on top. Large bathroom with shower over bath, sink and toilet.

Towels and bedding are included in the price

The house has central heating and is fully double glazed
The garden has furniture and a BBQ
