The cottage has recently been refurbished and comprises of a kitchen, sitting room with multifuel burning stove, 3 bedrooms (double (King), twin and bunk bed room) and bathroom with shower over bath. The enclosed garden to the front of the cottage is great for evening barbeques (Gas BBQ supplied) and for the children to play safely.

On entering the property from the private courtyard at the rear, you enter the kitchen which includes an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
The kitchen leads into the large sitting room with a multifuel burning stove (coal available - honesty box), TV with Freeview and Hifi system including CD player and ipod docking.
Upstairs the main master bedroom overlooks Beadnell bay and the Cheviot Hills. The twin room has a view out over the open sea. The 3rd bunk bedroom is ideal for children.
The bathroom has an electric shower over bath and sea views.
There is ample space to park two cars at the property in the courtyard.
Oil central heating and electric are included in the price.

Weekly Prices from £300 to £750 per week. Sorry but linen and towels are not provided.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (weekend rates are negotiable during off peak season). The house will be available from 2pm onwards and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If the week you want is available then we will hold your provisional booking for 7 days whilst you send a £100 deposit. The full balance of your booking fee is payable 1 month before the start of your holiday. Holidays booked less than 2 weeks before must be paid in cash or by electronic banking.
