This attractive, 2 bedroomed semi-detached house is situated in the coastal
village of Beadnell. It has been totally refurbished and is new to the
holiday market. It has a large enclosed patio area to the side and back
of property which provides lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine
and includes table and chairs and gas BBQ and patio heater. This area
gets the sun all day and is totally enclosed to ensure your pet stays
safe
A mere 4 minute stroll will find you on the nearest beach. For days out
on the beach, we provide everything you will need from windbreak, chairs,
buckets and spades!
There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bunk room with adult sized bunks
in. Well behaved dogs welcome. Parking available for two cars directly
outside the property.
As you enter the house, you will firstly come to our Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge. The Kitchen has a range of units including integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, sink unit and breakfast bar. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to make a full four course meal, snack or prepare for a barbecue
Our Lounge is equipped with Flat Screen TV, DVD/CD Player, and ipod docking station. Comfortable sofas, of which 1 converts to a double bed. Our bookcase holds everything from books, CDs, DVDs, Games for your enjoyment. Electric fire and panel heaters provides additional warmth if needed. Patio doors leading to enclosed patio area.
A tourist information file is available in the Lounge with lots of ideas for days out
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Double size bed, large wardrobe and bedside drawers with lamps. Clock radio, hair dryer and towels.
Bedroom 2: Adult sized bunk beds, drawers with small TV that can be used for DVDs or PS1/2 games. PS2 game console in drawer with selection of games to keep both children and adults entertained.
Shower Room comes with shower, wc and sink unit and heated towel rail.
A selection of toiletries are available for your use.
