This fabulous cottage is perfectly located
in the ever popular village of Beadnell.
It is situated in a large site surrounded by open fields and providing
lovely views to the Beadnell Bay dunes on one aspect and views to the
Cheviots to the West.
A 5 minute walk across the fields takes you to the beach or the village.
Newly converted from an old farm steading, a high specification has been
installed throughout.
Quality furniture, Laura Ashley soft furnishings and Farrow and Ball paintwork
give the cottage a luxurious feel.
Externally, there is a large front west facing garden with stone patio area. To the rear is a larger garden laid to lawn with a 12’ TP trampoline and garden toys supplied. There is a further patio area to the rear with outside garden table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining.
Both gardens overlook open fields and are enclosed. There is a large parking area with spaces for 2 cars along with a lockable garage which is perfect for storing bikes, buggies, wetsuits and all your adventure kit. There is also a small 6ft snooker table in the garage which provides some additional entertainment!
The cottage has a spacious open-plan living room with a log-burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and DAB radio. A glazed door leads to the rear garden.
The high quality kitchen has granite worktops, and is fully fitted with washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave.
There is a rotary dryer in the garden for drying those wet towels after a day at the beach!
There is a spacious dining area with seating for 8 around the oak dining table
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with
bunk beds and a single bed, the other with twin beds.
There is a Play station 2 with games and flat-screen TV in one bedroom.
One of the bedrooms has a desk area for quiet study or work if required.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space provided.
The downstairs bathroom has been fitted with high-quality Villeroy &
Boch fittings.
The master upstairs bedroom has a king size double bed with luxury en-suite
shower room (Villeroy & Boch).
There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a further flat-screen TV.
All bed linen and towels (not including beach towels) are included in
the rent.
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (3pm to 10am).
Short breaks may be available, generally outside school holidays. These run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Please ring to check availability
